Returns and Refunds

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact DEALATHON immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellations are not guaranteed. If you contact DEALATHON before the item has been processed, the order can be cancelled and you will not incur any charges. If the order has been processed, you will not be able to cancel the order.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Please refer to your order details for estimated shipping and estimated delivery dates. Please allow up to three (3) business days after the max estimated delivery date for your item to arrive. Always feel free to contact us to locate the status of your order. A representative will be happy to track down your order.

If you have tracked your order with tracking information we have provided and notice that your shipment has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist in pursuing a claim with the shipping service.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can return a new product in the original condition within thirty (30) days of the delivery of the original shipment. All original packaging and accessories must be included in the return shipment. Shipping and handling charges for returns are your responsibility and the return shipment must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original shipment.

All refunds require a Return Authorization Number which will be provided to you upon contacting DEALATHON. If you return an item without a Return Authorization Number, the return may not be processed and a refund will not be applied.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS:

• Must be return postmarked within thirty (30) days of delivery
• Must be in Original Condition
• Must include all Original Packaging and Accessories
• Must obtain a Return Authorization Number
• Returns are subject to Restocking/Processing Fees plus Shipping Charges

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

If the product received is materially different from the item ordered, you must report the difference to DEALATHON within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The returned merchandise must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery of the original shipment.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying products for issues of fit, compatibility, size, etc. prior to placing an order. If the product description does not explicitly state details of such nature please conduct research accordingly prior to purchase.
